I just got to thinking about this, as I'm building a World Spark for SHIFT.
Whenever Nanoha goes to use her Starlight Breaker attack, it takes like 10 seconds to power up the attack. Why didn't Fate use that window of opportunity to attack Nanoha, and disrupt her attack?
This is just something I never really thought about until developing a mechanic for a role playing game.

In A's, Shamal used this window of opportunity to seize Nanoha's Linker Core.
