I made the most amazing Avocado Toast!  Please read through the entire recipe first before attempting!  (Since we all know Common Sense is a relic of ancient history.)

Servings:  2 (for one person)
Total Time: About 30 minutes.

What you need:
2 Frying Pans
1 Plate
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Soup Spoon
1 Cutting Board
1 Chef's Knife
1 Pair of Tongs

1 Avocado
2 Slices of Bacon
2 Slices of Bread
1/4 Tbsp Melted Butter
4 Slices of Vermont White Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Packet of Ranch Dressing
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Reserved Bacon Grease

Preparation:
Cut the avocado in half with the knife around in your hand.  (The Pit will stop the blade.)  Twist the knife blade slightly to separate the avocado hales, then put the knife down and pull apart the halves with your hands.  Take the spoon and insert in the narrow part near the top and follow the skin around the outside edge of the avocado half.  The entire avocado meat with pit will come out and not leave any meat with the skin.  Throw away the skin.  Next put the avocado into the bowl and your going to have to push the meat off the pit with your thumbs.  Yes, you will get messy.  Wash your hands before and after this part!  Mash the avocado with your hands (or with a spoon).  Add the spices and ranch packet. Mix well.  (Did you remember to wash your hands?)

Fry the bacon in the frying pan on a low heat.  Yes, this will take at least ten minutes.  Flip with the tongs (tongs really do make your life a hellofa lot easier, invest in some!)  In another frying pan, fry up two eggs.  We're making this over hard, so cook for a good five minutes and then set aside.  After the bacon is done, remove the bacon and pat with a paper towel.  Yes, the bacon Will Be Hot.  Be careful!  Take some of the bacon grease and add it to the avocado mixture.  Mix again.

Remove the extra bacon grease from the pan and add butter, melt the butter, place two pieces of bread on the frying pan.  Toast for about two or three minutes (same temperature setting as for the bacon-- so your pan is already hot!)  Flip the bread.  Add a slice of cheese, some avocado mixture, an egg, bacon, more avocado mixture, another piece of cheese.  Allow to cook for another two minutes.

Remove from heat.  You should now have two identical avocado toasts!  Cut diagonally, and enjoy!

This is a meal that is VERY filling and has a crap ton of protein in it!
