I've never been good at meditating. I know that is when I would need it the most lol I do however count meditating as just being out in nature.
What do you do? How do you do it? Do you find it helps your mind & body?


I find that meditation does help me relax not only my mind, but my entire body!  I can feel the tightness leaving my shoulders and legs and all the way down into my feet.  Also, after a good meditation, I find that I have a ton of energy!
