How powerful would Fate be if...

If Percia wasn't so rushed in her training of Fate, I wonder how powerful Fate would be when she met Nanoha.  Would Nanoha even be a match for her at all?  Would the show title even be called Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha?

Fate was rushed in her training, so she focused on lightning based magic, and speed.  In fact, it was her speed that made her so powerful, only knowing a handful of spells.

So, imagine  how powerful she'd be if she had the time to focus on other aspects of magic as well.
