Mutant Hybrid's Brigade!

You build a normal character, however, during one of the adventures you're changed for life.  Now at random you're transformed into a random hybrid human-animal (cat-girl, kitsune, panda-boy, etc) by using a deck of playing cards to determine the (possible uncontrollable?) transformation.  Each hybrid will gain unique advantages and defects that fit with the animal concept.
