I ran across an interesting link while browsing random anime topics on Google.  So, let's discuss all the various organizations throughout the many anime series!

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha has the Time-Space Administration Bureau.
Tenchi Muyo has a couple:  The Empire of Jurai and The Galaxy Police.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya has the SOS Brigade
