I've dealt with psoriasis for years, and I've also just recently been dealing with plantar fiscitiis for about a year now.  I've all kinds of different "western" remedies for both of these conditions, however, now I'm looking toward other alternative/eastern remedies.  My fiancee asked around on Threads and somebody suggested magnesium supplements.  I followed up with my own research and came to the conclusion that Magnesium Malate is the form that would best handle the inflammation that I'm dealing with.  An increase of magnesium will also help boost the amount of energy I have, since I noticed that I may be also dealing with Chronic Pain Fatigue.

I'm also switching up the salt in my diet to use Celtic Sea Salt.  this is a "wet" salt that has something like 82 nutrients that the body requires to operate well.  Yes, I'm thinking that my crappy American diet is severely lacking these nutrients.  I know that if I can increase my vegetable and fruit intake some of this may be resolved without resorting to supplements, however, I'm having an issue with fresh foods spoiling because I don't use them fast enough, and I'm not in a position to waste too much money.

Finally, I've been looking at Castor Oil, and this stuff may help with both my psoriasis and plantar fiscitiis pain.  So, with hope, I'll give it a try, and I'll let you know if this helps at all.

I do know the root of my foot pain is because I'm standing all day long, so if I can switch to a desk job, over the period of a couple of months, my pain will naturally be remedied.  The new problem:  Getting hired someplace that offers a desk job, which in 2024, doesn't look too promising.
