Have you ever wanted to draw your favorite character, but couldn't figure out how to draw a specific pose? Or maybe you want to explore 3D character modeling? In both cases, VRoid Studio may be a solution for you!
VRoid Studio is a free 3D character modeling program that originally was inspired from a 3D character maker program over a decade ago. Back then we had to use products like VIZ Studio, which while it was powerful, it wasn't all that anime-like. VRoid is specifically designed for anime characters! Now you don't have to hunt for that perfect picture on the internet for a role playing character. You can just design him/her. There's an entire library of outfits, and you can download new ones from Booth.pm, which has all kinds of 3D assets already created, and most of them are really cheap (like less than $10, including all kinds of free goodies too, just in case your a cheap bastard, like me!
There's also a built-in poser right in the program...
But the fun doesn't stop there! You can also export your model to be used in all kinds of other programs, to include Blender, Unreal Engine, and Unity 3D, as well as countless others! I'll be making a tutorial explaining exactly how to export and import your model into Unreal Engine soon.
