Hello everyone!

My name is Mazi, and I am the developer of Heroes of a Thousand Tales TTRPG, whose campaign will start on September 15 on Gamefound. If you have time, please take a look at it. You can download a Free demo version with a short adventure. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Seems like a cool idea! Thanks for sharing. c:

Thank you! I'd like to see a group use this system to play Shojo adventures. I think it could work well for that style, too, but I don't have much experience with shojo series, except for Sailor Moon. That was one of my favorite TV shows when I was a kid.

I'll need to take a closer look at the system.

[Sailor Marin]

Mhm! I'm definitely itching for some magical girl TTRPG fun.

@Mazi What's the difference between the EU and Non-EU version of the book?

@Mazi What's the difference between the EU and Non-EU version of the book?

Hey!

We manufacture the EU books in Hungary and ship them ourselves, while DriveThruRPG produces the non-EU books and ships them directly to customers. This helps keep shipping costs down, and as we’ve seen with other projects, it works quite well.

There are certainly some differences in paper quality between the two versions. In terms of content, however, they are completely identical.

Thank you for asking!

P.S. Just the other day, the guys at the biggest Hungarian RPG site (www.lfg.hu) asked whether the game could work for shōjo-style stories too.

I'm excited to hear about that!

Just in case anybody's looking to support this project, the (printed) Core book comes to about $50 and change, USD. Now I just gotta wait until I get paid....

[Mazi]

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kindness.

Will you have an introduction or Lite version to get people's feet wet with your system? Like a teaser? If so I'd be interested in hosting it/providing a link to your homepage, featuring it here.

Examples:

• GURPS LIte
• BESM Primer
• SWADE: Test Drive

Edit:
Oops! I answered my own question. This is what happens when I only skim something initially and don't actually sit down to read the contents of the page!

• Quickstart Guide

[Mazi]

Yes, you can download the Quickstart (almost 100 pages) here. It includes a short story with four pregenerated characters. If you try out the system with your own story, please let me know how the system worked and what your experience was. Thank you, and thank you for your support!
