So, the other night, I lost a single ear bud at the bus stop. So, I sobbed as I left it behind, somewhere in the weeds. For whatever reason, my Location thingy couldn't locate it, it was connected, but was muted. So, my BTS are gone. Now I'm looking for a new set, but I'm not sure I want another set of regular earbuds.
I'm curious about Bone Conduction from Shokz. Having open ears would be nice while walking, but when I'm on the subway or bus and obnoxious jerks play their rap music loudly, or a group of teenagers are shouting at one another, I just want to sink into my own world.
I'm also looking at Open Earbuds from Raycon.
The reason I'm not really interested in regular earbuds is because my body tends to produce an excessive amount of earwax, and that becomes uncomfortable, to the point that I need to have my ears cleaned out by a medical doctor about every six months.
So, does anybody have any experience with either of these products?
