After kicking this can down the road for a good month, I've finally come to a decision, and purchased the eCommerce extension for XenForo. And I'm sure you're all asking why an eCommerce function, Senk? You're not selling anything! And you'd be correct. I'm not selling anything yet.
Ever since I discovered XenForo, I've had my eye on a few of the extensions that make this platform truly amazing. The Resource Manager is one of those add-ons that I found useful. What this add-on does, is it allows Prismatica to host files. I was going to use this feature to host the role playing games collection I've got, so that people could get their toes wet with systems other than Dungeons & Dragons (and hopefully make their own purchases, because ARG MATEY, there be no pirates here!... right? RIGHT?!).
Anyway, this is still the goal, however, the Economy is also in shambles right now, and I always like to have a back up plan. I've sold all kinds of things on other platforms, like Etsy, Shopify, even eBay. I've also had a Storefront on my old SMF forum. When I saw the same developer who made the Credits and Shop extensions for XenForo also had an eCommerce add-on, I was already really liking it. This guy's products are solid, support is excellent, and quite frankly, the appearence/user interface is very pleasing, but I didn't necessarily have any products at mind to sell. That is, until yesterday.
The eCommerce function allows me to not only host digital files that I can sell, but I can also sell physical products, and even Services. I'm thinking of stuff like what you do on DeviantArt with Commissions. And I can bring that ability here for all of us, because this add-on now also supports a Classifieds function, which allows all Prismatica members the ability to sell stuff!
So my plan is to upload my library to the store, and I can even use Lumina instead of US Dollars (which can also be purchased with real currency, or you can just earn them by posting-- so get posting friends! But I'm also going to begin working on two rather large projects that I was dreaming about yesterday:

- I'm going to be making my own role playing game that's based on Asynchronous play.
- Also, after reading Teenagers From Outerspace, I've got plans for a 101 type book.
- Thirldly, (I know I said two), I can use my scripting knowledge to offer little scripts based on role playing needs. This site is rather niche, so we should stick with it, right?
