Notice Graphics Requests

I'm always looking to improve the feel of Prismatica, and one of the best ways to do that is with good graphics. There's lots of areas that need attention:

• The main banner
• The logo
• Board Participation Badges
• Content Badges

And these are only a few of the things I can think of right now. The problem is that I suck at doing graphics work, I lack the time needed to work on these assets, and I'm quite limited with my reliance on using free tools, such as GIMP. Therefore, there's an official position that I'm offering that will grant additional benefits on Prismatica. Maybe in time, I'll come up with a more fitting name, but for the time-being, allow me to introduce the new position of Maintainer of Graphics, the Lieutenant. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Create shiny, enticing, and fun graphics with a Magical Girl theme across the Prismatica website.
• Define banner titles that are consistent within the Magical Girl genre.
• Create adorable badges for participation in dedicated anime boards, and role playing realms.
• Research and identify Themes/Skins that would be a good match for Prismatica. These themes would be used for select members to choose alternative appearance styles for the site.

Some benefits that you'll receive include:

• An official Staff Member title and badge.
• Limited Moderator abilities
• The ability to add a banner to your Profile.
• Add links to your signature.
• Unlimited time to edit posts.
• One free year as a Starlight Vanguard.
• Showcase your work as a professional-- I'll even write a Recommendation Letter.

I know I'm not offering very much, at least right now, but perhaps in time I can afford to offer a more sizeable financial compensation package. To apply, you may send me a direct message, and please point me to some of your other work.
