A couple weeks ago, I adopted a microgreen type of pea plant. I took it home after it was abandoned by a coworker. So, I took it home, and planted it and added some water. A couple days later, one of the stems took off, rocketed towards the sky. "Awesome!", I thought. Today, it looks that all but that one stem is dead.
This isn't the first time I killed a plant. A couple years ago, I tried growing potatoes. It looked fool-proof enough that I could do it. I got some starter potatoes, planted them, watered them and stems grew like crazy-- five feet tall! And then a week later, they all wilted and died.
Back when I worked for a Software company, I had a desk by the window. I tried growing regular GRASS. Surely, this would work. Nope. Three weeks later, it too died.
I just can't seem to grow anything green.
