In my new found hobby of finding out and collecting totally unhinged games, I discovered a possible gem: Macho Women With Guns, an unhinged game featuring women heroines set in an over-the-top 80s action movie setting. Caution, this game apparently isn't for the light-hearted, and you will be offended, most likely. But I'm here for it!
After my first round of research, it appears that the first book was only 12 pages long, and written in like two hours after a week long brainstorm by the original creator, Greg Porter. In his words, this is a game to not be taken seriously, and is meant to have fun with. (totally paraphrasing here!)
Tracking this game down proves to be difficult. It's officially out of print, the last conversations of which on Greg's website date back to like 13 years ago. There is no official PDF release, so no DriveThruRPG digital version exists. There are however, some bootleg scans of this game, all three editions actually, and there are at least four supplements, Batwinged Bimbos From Hell,Fun Guys from Yuggoth, Macho Women with Guns - The Final Chapter (Part One), More Excuses to Kill Things, and one other one that I can't find again as of writing this-- talking about Nuns?
The system apparently uses 3d6, like GURPS, with the exception of the 3rd edition that Mongoose produced which uses a d20 mechanic, and there are five stats, notably Intelligence is not one of them! LOL Assuming I can actually find scans of this book, I'll provide them, and I highly recommend trying to find the actual print media, although it'll probably be very difficult. You've been warned!
