1) Build a giant robot
2) Use said giant robot to conquer the universe
3) Write the greatest novel of all time (really working on this one)

For me, I would prefer it be like Black Demon Dragon Knight (humaniod form) with a huge sword and spiked shield.
I kind of like the Escaflowne dragon transformation, and its control system.
