I realize it's really early to be advertising for Staff Positions, however, I believe in having a clear plan helps to avoid problems later. So, I'm going to elaborate on the administration plans I have for Prismatica. The following list is in order of most responsibilities to least, and only summarizes your duties. I'll have a full article written for each position listed giving all the details, any compensation offered, and the exact prerequisites needed to apply for each role.
Once we get all the positions filled, I foresee a smooth and clean running operation here. But, it's going to be a while before we get there. We can't just accept anybody off the street to maintain these positions of trust. After all, respect is always earned. I don't want to rely upon metrics and numbers to be the deciding factor on electing somebody to a position. However, I feel that somebody should be an active member for a minimum of three months before inquiring for any position. The exception to this rule is to be a Game Master. You can opt to do that from day one, so long as you're up to it! Activity means that you're checking in at least every other day, and posting once a week at a minimum. However, these are only soft indicators. My intuition and years of experience shall be my ultimate judgement in determining if somebody is a good fit for Prismatica.

- Administrators - I would like at least one other Administrator to assist in urgent issues when I'm unavailable. The Administrator's duties include maintaining the appearance and core functionality of the site.
- Moderators - My goal is to have a minimum of one Moderator for each Realm (Category). The duties of a Moderator is to ensure that discussions are kept civil at all times, and that every member is respected.
- Game Masters - This is a new position that will be created when somebody steps up and volunteers to run a game beyond the the flagship of Prismatica: Magical Lyrical Radiant Strike Force. This person will be responsible for the entire Realm that occupies their Game. Although Game Masters may share the same level of responsibility as a Moderator, Game Masters will be more concerned with creating a fun environment to play within. Finally a Game Master should be loud and proud of their game. Please go out into the seas of the Internet and advertise your game! Attract new players!
- Captains - This is another newly created position, similar to a Game Master, however, the responsibilities only include maintaining a single Space (Board). Ensuring there's no SPAM, stimulating conversations (to include resurrecting the dead (threads, that is).
- Lieutenants - Another newly created position, unlike the typical Staff Positions listed above, a Lieutenant is responsible for the graphical presentation of Prismatica, to include icons, badges, trophies, banners, custom avatars, etc. Feel free to add the work you do here as part of your professional portfolio.
