I've got some awesome news! I was able to purchase the Sub Accounts extension much sooner than I originally anticipated! 
So, what does this mean for you? Well, it will greatly enhance your role playing experience here at Prismatica! May I direct your attention to the upper right-hand corner of the page? You'll see a little chain link icon. This is for Linked Accounts, the official name for the ability to change characters. Now let's take a stroll, shall we?
Everybody has the ability to create a Sub Account. Depending on your membership level, will determine how many character accounts you're allowed to have. These number may change as we experiment and get used to the system.
You have a completely different profile that you can dress up, post profile messages on, direct message others, etc. All Sub Accounts are classified as Regular Members (until I can have the ability to automatically have Sub Accounts be assigned into a Character Group. I just want the ability for clear transparency. The Character Group will have a banner applied that reads "Character" (or something). For the time being, I may just manually assign any Sub Accounts to this custom group. So, I'm going to ask that if you create a Sub Account, please let me know via Direct Message so I can properly assign the account.
You have a couple of different options for using the Sub Account system. You can switch accounts at the top of the page, or if you're just wanting to Post As a character, you may choose the appropriate Sub Account below the Message Box. Only the Sub Accounts you have access to will be listed. Keep in mind that if you post as a different account the Post Point is awarded to that account, not your primary account. Most people probably don't care about this, but I can see somebody complaining about their Ladder level not being right.
