Update We got ... stuff!

There's been a few upgrades and changes over the past week. I think I'm done spending money! Which is a really good thing, because all I've got to eat for the rest of the month is rice, beans, some potatoes, half a gallon of milk, and two ramen. But, hey, I gots coffee! Priorities.

• First off, we got the Media Library! YAY. Bad news is, I'm still figuring out how to configure it to play .mkv files, and more importantly, how to stream them. Each file is well over 600 MB, so uploading each episode to the Media Library using the default mechanism is a no-go (the server restricts us to 10% of that. However, there's a feature buried within XenForo that allows for custom media embedding, Once I figure that out, we might be good to go, and failing that, we may have FFMPEG support for streaming...but I need to figure out how to configure/install that. If this was my own server in my living quarters, I'd have done fixed that already. Moving on.
• Speaking of media, I fixed that anime download links. They were inadvertatnly moved to the backup location when I migrated software platforms.
• I've added two additional currencies. So we have Lumina, which are the default currency you earn by posting and goofing off all over the forum with. You can also outright buy this currency using Stripe or Paypal. Then there's Staryen. This is a currency that is only useful within the game Magical Lyrical Radiant Strike Force. You earn these credits whenever you specifically post to the game. You can also exchange Lumina for Staryen. Staryen can only be used to purchase virtual assets related to the game! Things like clothing, housing, food, transpiration, etc. Hey, I'm trying to make things awesome here, 'kay? Finally, there's Kyoko. This is a currency that's only useful for the game AniMayhem, and works just like Staryen. You have access to different assets, at a differnt cost.
• I'm working on the icons. Hopefully I'll have them straightened out by next week sometime.
• You'll also notice a new banner. YAY us!
• And I've made a new advertisment banner for a contest that will hopefully gain us some more members. *fingers crossed.*
• I tweaked the colors of the price tags in the Shop. At least I can read the prices now.
• Not really related to Prismatica, but I've had to disable much of the old site because the Spiders and Bots were eating our allocated SQL minutes alive. May she rest in peace.
• Several of our Advertisments in the many Directories that I particpate in were bumped this week. Hopefully, we'll get some additional new faces to torture...
• I submitted a bug report to the devloper of the Dice Roller modification. It rolls the dice wonderfully, but you, as the poster, can't see the resutls until after you submit the message, which is useless. And then when you go to edit your post to write about the results, the dice rolls vanish! (I've confirmed they're still in the database though.)
• I'm debating on if I want to incorporate Discord into the site, but based on my prior experience, that may only take away participation on the forum-- bad!

So that's about all I got for now. I'll be uploading some goodies to the Media Library this week, so we can have some awesome music and pix and junk!
